Shipping policy

All shipping is done through the Shopify shipping system. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and up to 7-10 business days for your order to be received. If you have concerns your order has been lost, please reach out to the shipper for assistance and have your tracking information handy. If they are unable to assist in getting your package to you after 3 weeks, please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance! We want to ensure we keep you as one of our lovely customers for years to come! :) Ensure you have documentation of the above attempts to better assist you.

*We also offer a non-tracking option (use of a forever stamp) to mail orders. Please note, these orders are NOT TRACKED. If you choose to use this option and you have issues checking out, please reach out for assistance.
