All products are made to order with lots of love. Due to differences in screens from person to person, please be aware that colors may vary in hue and saturation. This may or may not affect how the colors look in real life. We pride ourselves in ensuring we provide a beautiful product to you. For this reason, we always use high quality printing and materials.

At this time, sticker sheets are not waterproof. They are printed on matte sticker paper and meant to be used for journaling and planner purposes. This allows for the user to be able to write on the stickers if needed. Please ensure you review the product details in the description box prior to purchase.

Some die cut stickers are laminated but are not 100% waterproof. The lamination is meant to allow the vibrant colors to last longer than non-laminated stickers. Please review die cut descriptions carefully.

All shipping is done through the Shopify shipping system. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and up to 7-10 business days for your order to be received. If you have concerns your order has been lost, please reach out to the shipper for assistance and have your tracking information handy. If they are unable to assist in getting your package to you after 3 weeks, please feel free to reach out to us for further assistance! We want to ensure we keep you as one of our lovely customers for years to come! :) Ensure you have documentation of the above attempts to better assist you.

*We also offer a non-tracking option (use of a forever stamp) to mail orders. Please note, these orders are NOT TRACKED. If you choose to use this option and you have issues checking out, please reach out for assistance.

At this time, we do not have the capacity to process refunds and/or returns. However, if you receive a product you are not happy with, please contact us within 5 days of your order being delivered and we will try to make it right! :)
